Regardless of being a true suburb densely populated with anywhere between 2,000 and 3,000 residents, Geneva is known for being peaceful and quiet – making it a great place to retire. There is a large mix of home types available for sale including both single family homes and medium-sized three to four bedroom homes. The vast majority of residents are English speaking but there is actually a strong connection to German, Dutch and Swiss ancestry.

Local schools include Geneva Elementary School, part of the Bellingham School District. Close by is the very nice wooded Euclid Park with a small beach leading up to the Whatcom lakeshore. It’s another fabulous outdoor area for families to enjoy. It is also dog-friendly.
