Downtown Neighborhood Bellingham, WA

In addition to the appeal of living in a central location is the fact that the Downtown area has seen a huge surge of redevelopment and residents interested in living here in the past ten to fifteen years. Although single-family residential homes may be limited in the Downtown neighborhood they are not impossible to find. Many people prefer to live in apartments or condos when choosing downtown as their home.

Similarly, residents carry over similar spirits through the seasons by attending other downtown events such as the Commercial Street Holiday Night Market.
